Terms and Conditions
Using this website
This website belongs to Water Filtration Mesquite, a water filtration business serving Mesquite, Texas and the surrounding area. By reading or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
General information, not a reading of your water
Our pages explain how carbon filters, reverse osmosis membranes, sediment cartridges and softeners work, and what problems each one is built for. That is general education. It is not a test result for your home, and it is not medical or engineering advice.
Water chemistry changes from one house to the next because of plumbing age, pipe material and fixtures. The only way to know what is in your tap water is to test it. Please do not make health decisions based on this site alone.
Estimates and service are arranged by phone
The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. Nothing you read here is an offer, a quote or a binding price. Any estimate, scope of work or schedule is agreed with you directly after we talk and, where needed, look at the equipment and plumbing in your home. The terms of a job are the ones we settle together at that point, not anything on these pages.
Accuracy and changes
We try to keep descriptions of our services and the areas we cover current and correct. Details can still change or contain mistakes, and we may update, remove or correct any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also revise these terms; the version posted here is the one that applies when you visit.
Content on this site
The text, layout and images on this site are for your personal, noncommercial use. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without our permission. Product types and brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Limits of responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, Water Filtration Mesquite is not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site's general information, from temporary outages, or from websites run by others that you reach on your own. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, talk it over with us by phone at (972) 853-4977. We would rather explain a term plainly than have you guess at it.
